Mandatory Requirements

• Onprem: Having best of expertise on Managing onpremise Exchange environments.
• Able to manage onprem SMTP connectors and mail flow , certificates renews , Hybird setup and troubleshooting, Setup and install Exchange servers
• OnPrem Email tracking , and troubleshooting Application mail flow issues
• M365 Admin , Able to Manage entire M365 and O365 environments capable for taking on New Technologies on O365
• O365 License Management via PowerShell and setting up Process for licenses re-acquire
• Should have Best of Expertise on Exchange online

• The Level 3 Microsoft 365 Support Engineer role is responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services.
• Directly support Microsoft 365 services in an AzureAD hosted solution.
• Resolve escalated support tickets and requests.
• Provide Level3/T3 support for Exchange Online/Teams/SharepointOnline/Onedrive and all of O365 cloud services
• Understanding Teams policies and PSTN routing
• Assist with large-scale infrastructure migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop, support and train Level 2 engineers to help resolve Level 2 Office 365 issues.
• Strong customer service and communication and Email Writing Skills is a MUST
• Performs Shift related duties as assigned.
• Minimum 8 years and Beyond in Managing O365 and Onprem Exchange setups as a Level 3
• PowerShell , Able to work not only in GUI but also in PowerShell in all O365 products and services
• Automations , Able to fix PowerShell Automation failures , able to user Windows Task Schedule to automate PowerShell tasks
• Able to Work on Azure AD , Conditional access policies , MFA policies , ADFS , AD connect , App integrations , Azure SSO
• Security : Able to investigate and pull security related reports and work on O365 Security related incidents
• Able to come up with a process and streamline where there are gaps

Having Previous MS support Background would be added advantage

Other requirements

Should be able to come up with solutions for various issues not seen before , have strong Research and investigations skills ,
