:About Digital Banking and Transformation:The Digital Banking and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank\xe2\x80\x99s own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies.About the Role:The Content Manager with DBAT Digital Portfolio Management Team is responsible for (a) identifying the content marketing opportunities (b) writing/editing/curating differentiated content for various digital businesses and (c) effectively amplifying/disseminating the content. Content has to be in the form of articles, listicles, infographics and videos. The Content Manager also has to manage internal stakeholders within DBAT and across the bank as well as external stakeholders - agencies and content partners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify content creation opportunities and create relevant content in various formats.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across businesses to address their content requirements.
  • Work closely with ORM, Analytics, SEO, Channels (Website/IB/MB), Creative Studio and Campaigns teams to identify content opportunities; explore avenues to increase the discoverability; track traffic and user journeys; build a cookie pool; conceptualize and execute campaigns.
  • Explore ways to use content marketing as a tool to not just build audiences, but also aid business growth
  • Drive the content simplification agenda; make it interesting in terms of language, design and creative formats
Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • MBA from a reputed institute with Marketing/Communication background
  • Experience in Digital marketing, Content creation
Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Well versed/deep interest in banking and financial products
  • Consumer marketing/digital marketing skills
  • Passionate about wanting to change the conversation, building compelling propositions, creatively articulating ideas/thoughts
