4+ years working experience on oracle 11G/12C and higher versions
3+ years of working experience in orace db adminstration , ticket handling,tuning and backup/recovery.
Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team and closely with SMEs during P2/P1 incidents.
Intermediate level knowledge on HA/DRS/data guard setup and manage.
Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
Preferable to have work experience on migration/upgradation projects
Responsible for SLA compliance
Handling DB P2 tickets, analysis and recommendations
Oracle DB cloning, database refersh, handling backup/recovery errors.
Tuning oracle memory/DB, statistics collection,table re-org and space management.
Application query plan review and basic recommendations.
oracle cluster installation,patching and data replication.
Creating oracle Vendor support request and co-ordinate with SMEs.
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process
Technical Certification a must on any one of these technologies :Oracle OCP.
