- Mandatory Skills: DB2 LUW Admin
- Experience with installation configuration administration and monitoring of DB2 databases
- Competency in DB2 for HA DR methodologies and planning
- Expert in performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Database capacity planning upgrades and database migration
- Expertise with DB2 patching security patches and Hotfixes
- Proficiency in database backup and recovery methodologies
- Experience with Shell scripting with a focus on automation of repetitive tasks
- Diagnosing the database issues and taking corrective actions to ensure database availability
- Proficiency in database security and audit requirements
- Proficiency in Business continuity strategy and exercise
- Strong knowledge in project and resource planning estimate project costs and timelines
