Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: H -9, Sector - 116, Noida opposite Civitech Stadia

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where children can thrive.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Observe and assess children's development, progress, and behavior, and provide feedback to parents/guardians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or NTT or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
