HEI Schools Sector 49 Gurugram is a unit of Adiem Brilliance Pvt Ltd India. This is the 1st of its kind collaboration in India. Along with Finland we aim to bring the best Finnish early childhood education to India. We are committed to change and evolve the way Early Childhood Education is currently addressed in our country. In our first venture to set up the HEI Schools in Gurugram (India), we are looking for passionate and committed early childhood educators to join the team and be part of this unique journey.

: HEI Schools Sector 49 Gurugram is looking for Daycare Teacher . As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under your care. You will oversee daily activities, implement age-appropriate educational programs, and ensure the well-being of each child. If you are driven to work with the children in the 1.5yrs to 6 years age group and confident that you have a zeal to explore, play, and develop essential skills for this age group please do reach out to us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Child Care and Supervision:
• Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times.
• Provide basic needs including food intake, diapering, and comforting.
• Ensure children receive proper nutrition and develop healthy eating habits, with an emphasis on good manners, table etiquette,
• Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment.
• Curriculum Implementation:
• Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans.
• Conduct age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Plan activities to stimulate children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development, including arts and crafts, story time, music, outdoor play, and sensory exploration
• Foster creativity and a love of learning through play and educational materials.
• Parent Communication:
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents about their child's daily activities and progress.
• Address parental concerns and collaborate on child development goals.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure daycare facilities meet health and safety standards.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Promote good hygiene practices among children to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and childcare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred) with at least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Early childhood education credentials are a plus

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a daycare teacher or similar role preferred.
• Understanding of child development and early education principles.
• Patience, empathy, passion and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of children.
• Proficient computer skills for maintaining records and communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
