Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Day Care Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. As a Day Care Teacher, you will work closely with young children to provide nurturing care and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans that foster learning in a fun and interactive way. Create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment where each child feels safe, supported, and valued. Assist children with their daily routines, including meal times, naps, personal hygiene, and toileting. Monitor and record children's progress, milestones, and behavior to track their development. Communicate with parents regularly about their child's progress and well-being. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Help children develop social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and conflict resolution. Provide individual and group support to children as needed, fostering a sense of belonging and confidence. Maintain clean, organized, and age-appropriate learning spaces, including classrooms and play areas. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed to stay updated on early childhood education practices.
