? We are looking for a Child Care Teacher to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological
growth of the children in our facilities.
? You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and
exercise their imagination.
? Observe and document children's progress and development, and communicate with parents and
caregivers on a regular basis.
? Using a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc) to
enhance the child's abilities.
? Evaluate children's performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
? Having the ability to communicate with children. It's essential to listen closely and be adaptable
enough so you can meet a child's needs in any situation.
? Your main responsibility will be to take care of young children diligently.
? Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the day-care, and maintain a clean and organized
classroom environment.
? Creating and promoting age-appropriate learning and socializing is important for ensuring that kids
learn essential skills and ideas like sharing, etiquette and communication.
Requirements:
? Education: Preferably certified in early years education.
? Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with young children in a day-care or
preschool setting.
? Skill set: Required to be Patient, flexible, organized, patient, innovative, and confident.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships
with parents, caregivers, and other staff members.
? Leadership and management skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor staff members.
? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive and supportive work
environment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
