Job Type:- Contract to Hire:-

• 7-10 years\' experience as DataStage Admin
• DataStage Admin (IBM IIS DataStage/Infosphere/WebSphere/DS Engine/Microservices/BAW).
• Install, Configure, and maintain IBM DataStage. Infosphere, Microservices, BAW environments
• Perform version upgrade, product fix packs.
• DataStage administrator to administer and maintain non-production and production environments.
• Perform administrative activities such as Project/User creation, Roles Management, Import and Export projects, database configuration setup, dataset management.
• Plan and oversee the technical transitions between development, testing, and production phases.
• Facilitate change control, problem management, and communication among data architects, programmers, system analysts, and functional users .
• Work with other Database and Unix administrators to resolve any open issues.
• Work with Vendor to co-ordinate patch installations, upgrades, and IIS support packages.
• Co-ordinate backup and restore activities for the platform.
• Troubleshoot development issues and provide constructive solution.
• Contribute to IIS DataStage standards, policies, and procedures.
• Engage in performance and optimization of DataStage applications at a job level.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement performance tuning for DS jobs and Infosphere components.
• Ability to work with other team members and to work with and understand issues and troubleshoot.
• Drives toward the achievement of results in a manner that focuses on service, and value provided to clients.
