Technical & Business Skills Required: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise monitoring domain- with a good mix of exposure to Application & Infrastructure monitoring Expertise in at least two monitoring tools across all layers- i.e. Synthetic, Application & Infrastructure domain is mandatory. (Datadog, SCOM, CA-APM, AppDynamics etc) Exposure to below Enterprise Monitoring Tools will be an added advantage Micro Focus APM / Sitescope / BSM CA - SOI, CA-Spectrum/CA-Introscope/ CA - UIM SCOM, SPLUNK Datadog Nagios Appdynamics Networking concepts (TCP/IP, load balancing, firewall/security, routing, etc) OS Administration skills Unix (RHEL, AIX) - is a plus Exposure to AWS/Cloud technologies Scripting - Powershell, Perl, VBscript, Python, Shell Configuration management tools- Chef, Ansible Technical documentation skills is an added advantage Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, ITIL concepts English Language skills, excellent business communication skills (verbal and written)
