We also offer data-driven solutions and AI-based products for businesses operating in a wide range of product categories and service domains What will you do? • Build and Maintain Databases: Develop and manage database systems to ensure high availability and quality tailored to each end user's specialized role.
• Design and Implement Databases: Create database structures that align with end users' information needs and views.
• User Management: Define user roles and enable appropriate data distribution to the right users in a timely manner.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Utilize high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data to ensure data protection.
• Minimize Downtime: Manage database parameters to provide fast query responses and reduce downtime
• Support and Training: Offer proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
• Policy Enforcement: Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.
• Security and Integrity: Perform regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions as required.

What are we looking for? • Experience: 8+ years of proven technical experience in Database Administration.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


Technical Skills:• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think algorithmically to assess database needs and evaluate performance.
• Domain Experience: Preferred experience as a Database Administrator on a cross-functional agile team.
• Agile/Digital Experience: Familiarity with working in an agile environment and embracing digital transformation.
