We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Development Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking professional with a strong background in software development and experience leading teams. The Application Development Lead will manage the full development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.

Skills/Requirements :


• B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA or higher in IT field.
• At least 10 years of experience in large IT/ITeS projects in the role of application development lead (projects in Govt. Sector/Public Sector/Private Sector)
• Experience in IFMS/IFMIS project in the role of application development lead.
• Experience in handling large development team
• Strong analytical ability and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with database management systems like PostGres, MariaDB etc.
• Experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop high-quality software that meets design specifications and adheres to best practices.
• Ensure the delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
• Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high development standards are maintained.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools for use in projects.
• Monitor the performance of applications and implement performance optimization strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications stay competitive.
