Gratia Technology Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MySQL databases, ensuring their performance, availability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficiency.
• Manage database backup, recovery, and upgrade processes.
• Implement and maintain database security and integrity measures.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and develop database solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain documentation related to database configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B. Tech/B.E) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with MySQL databases.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, data backup, recovery, and security.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
