Required Experience:

• 16-18 years of in-depth experience in enterprise level IT environments supporting SDLC, 10+ years with a proficiency working in environments supporting solutions design and overseeing the delivery of enterprise level solutions
• Experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects including experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP or AZURE
• Experience with build, design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions, products, and services in Onprem & Cloud environments
• Experience with Cloud-based infrastructure systems, BigData platforms, Data processing, data verification, ETL pipelines & Data Visualization
• Working experience in the areas of Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI - SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Data Migration (Azure/AWS), Data Engineering (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake), Data Visualization (SSRS, Power BI & Tableau)
• Understanding and demonstrated working experience in any Cloud (Private/Hybrid Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) & Data Analytics solutions and Visualization for a diverse set of problems and industries/customers.
• Proven ability in analyzing, designing, and delivering full-stack technical solutions to customers leveraging Cloud services (Azure, AWS)
• Expertise to Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile/iterative project management methodology. Implement relevant and meaningful processes to meet client expectations
• Experience in managing cross-functional team, day-to-day relationships with clients, and stakeholders supporting clients to achieve better outcomes
• Knowledge on implementing DevOps as a culture and with strategies and tools to implement DevOps practices as part of a new/existing delivery engagement
• Proven and successful track record of leading high-performing data analytics and visualization practice teams and customer-facing experience in the enterprise space.
• Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution and implementation projects, PMP is a plus.

Role Purpose: As a Senior Delivery Manager (Data Analytics & Visualization), you will be:

• Providing thought leadership to develop and implement a new operating model for the services moving to the cloud (Azure, AWS), Data Analytics, Data Migrations, Data Visualizations & Cloud Data Engineering.
• Leading the services for a major global customers & will be working in collaboration with a wide range of Customer teams managing services to embrace Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Managing client expectations from deliverables perspective & to establish and maintain relationships with all local client stakeholders, become primary go-to delivery person on all project matters.
• Expanding the team by finding and attracting talent from the market and developing internal team members. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Tracking delivery data for your project to improve flow/throughput, share progress updates, forecast, and identify team challenges. Preparing and managing release plans, project plans or roadmaps based on project requirements
• Manages the data science teams and oversees all activities ensuring alignment with departmental and business-wide vision and strategies.
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/ Line of Business.
• Work with C-Level executives to define and understand business goals, strategies, capabilities, processes and help shape and define business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Help and provide input on any stage of the pre-sales process (i.e., Discovery, RFx, Presale, Shaping, etc.) for new business opportunities

Qualifications
Qualifications/Certifications:

• Education qualification: BE /B Tech (IT/CS/Electronics) / MCA / MSc Computer science
• Certified in PMP/SAFe/ PMI-ACP
