SKILLS: Data Tech Lead ; RedShift, AWS RDS, SQL Server, Cloud ETL, Python, Execution Process , NFR testing, Deployment Architecture

Qualifications and Skills

• Need 9 to 12 years of experience in data management and analytics
• Strong knowledge of data technologies and tools, including RedShift, AWS RDS, and Cloud ETL
• Expertise in SQL Server and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience in leading data teams and managing data projects
• Understanding of execution processes and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical supervision.
• Communication with the client\'s technical team
• Execution Process.
• Low-level technical documentation.
• NFR testing Communication with the client-end infrastructure team for Deployment Architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data engineers and analysts in developing and implementing data solutions
• Design and maintain scalable data architectures and data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Manage and oversee data modeling, data integration, and data transformation processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including mentoring and training
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data management and analytics
• Identify and recommend improvements to data processes and workflows
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
