Join us in shaping the future of technology and engineering solutions on a global scale.Position SummaryPosition Summary and LocationWork closely with various departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security, as well as compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with data stewards across various departments to ensure proper data classification and ownership.\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry data standards.\xc2\xb7 Serve as a liaison between data management, functions and business departments.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to ensure consistency.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the migration, storage, and archiving of data.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to resolve data-related issues.\xc2\xb7 Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in data processes.Supervisory Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 This position has/does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.Reporting RelationshipSr. Manager, Data Estate - Business IntelligenceQualificationsQualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in data management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in data management, governance, or quality assurance.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview).\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Experience with data management in cloud environments.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.Career DevelopmentCareer DevelopmentIn addition, we make a priority of providing learning and development opportunities to enable employees to achieve their potential and take charge of their future.
