Our primary responsibility is to collaborate with partners in EDO and other business lines to understand their data transformation requirements. The team plays a pivotal role in prioritizing initiatives, bridging operations with technology teams, gathering business needs, identifying gaps in technology, and escalating them through the appropriate channels and forums.Business JustificationThe Data AI Ops team plays a critical role in driving the organization's Data Transformation Journey by bridging business, operations, and technology teams. As data-driven decision-making, automation, and AI adoption accelerate, structured project management is essential to ensure efficient execution, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation. A Project Manager will help prioritize initiatives, streamline stakeholder communication, and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and technological advancements. This role will ensure timely execution of key projects, improve cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvements to support the organization's transformation goals. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, updates, and expectations. Build strong relationships to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Communication & Reporting: Deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, including executives and clients. Ensure transparency and timely issue resolution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure smooth project progress.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning
• Well-versed with secondary research and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and effectively manage time/projects
• An inquisitive and investigative nature
• Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing, and an eye for detail
• Ability to interact with many levels and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, night shifts, and flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in MS Office
• Working knowledge of Excel Macro & Data Visualization Tools
• Certification / Experience in Project Management
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing SQL Queries
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
