If you\'re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there\'s only one choice.Data Solutions Manager/Lead - Data SolutionsPOSITION PURPOSE:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Solutions with expertise in Azure and/or AWS, combined with data science experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and LLM (Large Language Model), to join our team.Successful candidate will play a critical role in developing cloud-based solutions on Azure and/or AWS platforms, with a focus on integrating NLP and LLM technologies to analyze and derive insights from clinical data in clinical/ research settings.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and maintain systems/ catalogues for research and clinical processes.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based tools/ solutions on Azure and/or AWS platforms, leveraging infrastructure-as-code tools and services.
• Design and implement NLP and LLM models and algorithms tailored to clinical data science applications, such as electronic records analysis, medical literature mining, and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with clinical team/ data professionals and data scientists to identify clinical data science requirements and integrate NLP and LLM technologies into data analysis workflows.
• Optimize and scale cloud-based solutions to meet performance, reliability, and security requirements in clinical environments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on cloud computing, data science, NLP, and LLM to the broader teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in clinical data analysis.
• Work in teams with business stakeholders, programmers in solving operational & technical problems in programming, best practices, and standards implementation.
• Collaborate and consult with Agile team to understand enabler work, prioritize tasks, and ensure stories are delivered.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, or a related field between 6 to 12 years of experience as a programmer. (Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or similar industry will be an advantage).
• Familiarity with Clinical Data Transformation and experience working with pharmaceutical R&D Industry
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or Scala or MATLAB, and experience with cloud-native development frameworks and tools.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLM, and deep learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch/ PySpark, NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, and BERT.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Azure and/or AWS, including experience with deploying and managing data science solutions. (Candidates with Databricks, EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure Functions, Azure VMs, Azure App Services exposure will be preferred).
• Preferably data science experience in clinical/ research settings, with a focus on NLP, LLM, deep learning, and advanced AI techniques applied to clinical data analysis.
• Familiarity with PL/SQL, Java, C++ code exposure is a plus (for legacy applications support/ for converting legacy applications to cloud based solutions).
• Familiarity with data integration and analysis of omics data (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) is a plus.
• Familiarity in using algorithms such as Random Forest, SVM, CNNs, and K-clustering is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate clinical data science requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
