About the role:



As the Data Scientist-3 (Gen AI), you will :


• Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models (e.g., GPT-based models, transformer architectures, GANs) to enhance the company's financial product offerings.
• Apply advanced data science techniques, including NLP, deep learning, and unsupervised learning, to analyze large-scale datasets and generate actionable insights for product optimization and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency in real-time applications.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and define AI-driven features that improve user experience, personalization, fraud detection, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously research the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning techniques, keeping the company at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Build and deploy machine learning models that enable predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other AI-driven capabilities.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and impact on business KPIs.
• Communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and business goals.
• Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the team.



Experience:


• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on Generative AI and machine learning.
• Previous experience in FinTech or related industries is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
