You will develop and design language understanding/generation systems and effectively using text representation techniques . u00A0 You will be a key contributor to the Advanced Analytics and AI Workstream of the NextGen QMS Program. u00A0 How Youu2019ll Succeed: u00A0 Partner with Lilly architects, software vendor, and third party implementation partner to develop , document, test and implement advanced ana lytics and AI features with Lilly u2019s new e-QMS solution. u00A0 Operate with a quality mindset always considering the impact of design decisions on the long-term support and maintenance of delivered solutions . u00A0 Work with our partners to identify and implement the most optimal advanced analytics and AI solutions . u00A0 Research, design and adopt cutting-edge NLG algorithms to address real-world challenges such as summari z ation. u00A0 Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy requirements are met. u00A0 Understand business requirements and effectively translate business needs and process into technical terms, and vice versa . u00A0 Seeku202Fopportunities to reuse existing processes and services to streamline support and implementation of key systems. u00A0 Ensure solution performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design. u00A0 Build effective relationships with business areas, strategic vendors, and key delivery partners to share expertise and seek opportunities to reuse internal processes and services, so we can streamline implementation and support of key systems. u00A0 What You Should Bring: u00A0 Experience d esigning, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes through data science and data analytics prototypes. u00A0 Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) . u00A0 Experience d evelop ing and implement ing technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS/ Azure ML models at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modelling, and advanced analytics . u00A0 Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning and NLP/NLG frameworks (like Keras , TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.), HuggingFace Transformers and libraries (like scikit-learn, spacy, gensim , CoreNLP etc.) . u00A0 E xperience in AWS services such as SageMaker , Elasticsearch, and general knowledge of AWS architecture & otheru202Fservices . u202F u00A0 Experience working with a variety of relational and non-relational databases and proficiency in SQL. u00A0 Ability to write robust code in Python, Java and R . u00A0 Experience optimizing model hyperparameter tuning for speed and cost . u00A0 Experience in building MLOps pipeline using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow , and DataRobot . u00A0 Experience with Docker and Kubernetes . u00A0 Familiarity with Eventbridge and AWS step function for workload orchestration . u00A0 Experience with Agile Development. u00A0 Basic Qualifications: u00A0 Bacheloru2019s Degree in computer science or related scientific discipline.u202F u00A0 5 plus years of relevant work experience. u00A0 Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures u00A0 u00A0 u202F Additional Preferences : u202F u00A0 Knowledge of GxP , Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and automations systems u00A0 u00A0 About the Organization: u00A0 Lilly IT builds and maintains capabilities using cutting edge technologies like most prominent tech companies.
