We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, and machine learning, with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and map them to end-to-end business processes.
• Design and implement statistical, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) models for production.
• Comprehend and address business issues with valuable, data-driven solutions.
• Develop and deploy innovative models and data visualizations using tools like D3.js and Dash/Plotly.
• Work with various datasets, identify sources of information, and augment data as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile project delivery environment.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Programming and Tools:
• Proficiency in Python and ML lifecycle phases.
• Experience with frameworks and tools like Flask, PySpark, PyTorch, and Streamlit.
• Analytics and Machine Learning:
• Strong knowledge of Statistics and Operations Research methods.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques such as regression models, XGBoost, random forests, GBM, Neural Networks, and SVM.
• Experience with NLP techniques including RNN, LSTM, and attention-based models.
• Cloud and Database Skills:
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services like SageMaker, Canvas, and Bedrock.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write efficient queries.
• Model Deployment:
• Hands-on experience with model training and deployment.
• Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
