Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI applications, based on LLMs including specialised techniques in RAG framework.
• Design and implement data extraction & preprocessing pipelines to improve the quality of training data for GenAI applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI capabilities into our products, using Python, NextJS, React, AWS, and MySQL.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of AI technologies to address different challenges that come over building AI applications.
• Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrated with our existing tech stack.
• Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements and propose innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience :

• 2-6 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or full stack Data Scientist.

Good to have :

• Experience in finetuning using techniques like PEFT, QLORA etc.
• Experience in deploying open-weighted models.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
