Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our AI development team, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to drive impactful solutions for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning models and algorithms for solving complex business problems and enhancing product functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines and workflows for training, evaluating, and deploying models at scale.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to preprocess and prepare data for modeling.
• Evaluate and experiment with different model architectures and hyperparameters to achieve optimal performance metrics.
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance and effectiveness over time.
• Stay current with advancements in machine learning, AI, and related fields to continuously improve our algorithms and methodologies.
• Document research, findings, and methodologies clearly and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) techniques.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative models, or other advanced AI techniques.
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in AI/ML communities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Pay: ?549,850.77 - ?1,823,131.21 per year
