Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
• Communicate findings and insights through data visualization, reports, and presentations.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
• Work with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven features and solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
