: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
2. Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
4. Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
5. Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
6. Conduct quality assurance checks on data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data workflows.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
2. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
3. Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
4. Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts.
5. Ability to work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets.
4. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.
5. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
