Role Overview Description

• We are looking for a data scientist to help us leverage data and insights to improve customer experiences.
• You will work with product teams, engineering, data and analytics teams to define strategies for using data insights to measurably impact customer and agent experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and define data engineering solutions to meet their needs
• Design, build and operationalize data pipelines and models to process large volumes of customer interaction data
• Build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with other data scientists, analysts and engineers to design, prototype and deploy scalable solutions
• Continuously analyze model performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related technical field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning algorithms like regression, clustering, neural networks
• Experience with AWS services like Lambda, S3, SQS, ECS, EKS, EventBridge
• Prior experience working with contact center data is a plus
