Responsibilities:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze CRM databases and marketing datasets.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for pricing optimization, customer scoring, and other business applications.
• Utilize Python and machine learning techniques to extract insights and drive actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement best practices for model development, validation, and deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for machine learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience working with CRM databases and marketing datasets.
• Familiarity with pricing optimization, customer scoring, and predictive modeling.
• Basic understanding of MLops.
• Knowledge of media mix modeling and LLM (Large Language Modelling) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
