Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and gather necessary information.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes and optimize business processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is advantageous.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
