Job Description

Collect and analyse marketing data, customer data, and market trends to identify insights and
patterns.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns, customer
• behaviour, and business performance.
• Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret data and provide meaningful

recommendations.

• Create or improve data models using different ML techniques like Regression, Decision tree, NLP etc
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and performance to

stakeholders.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation exercises based on data analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance tracking frameworks.Requirements:
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
• BE/B-tech in IT/Computer Science or Graduation in Statistics/ Mathematics and certifications in
• data science.
• 2+ years of industrial experience in analytics, preferably in BFSI Lending / Cards
• High proficiency in Excel & SQL/Python is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret

complex data sets.recommendations in a clear and concise manner.levels.

• Exposure to ML algorithms is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and

Pay: ?462,667.98 - ?1,739,404.42 per year
