Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of BI Developer xe2x80x93 Customer and Data Analytics.In our AGCO journey towards customer centricity and digitalization it is essential to understand how our organization performs with respect to key customer centricity and other business metrics. The BI Developer is responsible to create a set of dashboards and ad-hoc reports for the organization to enable senior management and business teams to take data driven decisions to improve customer centricity. As a BI Developer - Customer Data and Analytics you will work with product owners and business stakeholders to identify requirements for actionable dashboards and smart visualizations. Based on business requirements you will develop prototypes and work with data and cloud engineering to deploy production grade dashboards in Tableau. You will be part of the global Customer Data and Analytics team that consists of data scientists, stewards, BI developers and business analysts that is responsible for customer data cleansing, stewardship, smart automation, advanced analytics and dashboard development in the customer experience area.Your Impact

• Be part of the implementation of end-to-end dashboard use cases from requirement identification, business case calculation, proof of concept, implementation, testing and post go live support and roll-in
• Work closely with business (e.g. sales and marketing) and product owners to identify business requirements for dashboard development and ad-hoc reports in Tableau
• Be responsible for mock-up, prototype and production grade Tableau dashboard development
• Work closely with cloud and data engineering to deploy dashboards in our production environment
• Act as a change agent to enable data driven decision making in the organization and establish best practices in dashboard development
• Use a query language of your choice to create ad-hoc reports for the senior management

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Data savvy person with experience as a BI developer (3-5 years)
• Expert knowledge in Tableau
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English
• Hands-on experience with coding in at least one of the following languages: Python, R, Scala, SQL
• Experience in SAFe agile
• It is a plus if you have hands-on knowledge of cloud providers (Azure, google, AWS)
