• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Build queries using SQL to extract data from Oracle and Snowflake
• Help design and develop the next generation of NLP, ML & AI products, and services for healthcare
• Develop machine learning and deep learning models and systems in domains including, but not limited to regression, classification, prediction, recommendation, conversational AI and Generative AI
• Manage NLP & ML models lifecycle - development, deployment, monitoring, retraining - for a suite of products
• Stay curious to learn latest ML/AI techniques, share knowledge and brainstorm how these can be leveraged to add value to our healthcare
• Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI. Proficiency with DAX
• Build Data flow pipelines and automation using Talend DI/Python/Azure Data Factory
• Participate and present in team code reviews and deployments
• Interact with stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in engineering or equivalent degree
• 4 - 8 years of Industry experience (Healthcare preferred) in data science, machine learning or a related field
• 3+ years of solid python programming
• 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning modeling using both structured and unstructured data
• 1+ years of experience with NLP, NLU
• 4+ years of experience with complex Oracle & Snowflake SQL queries and performance tuning
• 3+ years of experience and Excellent skills with data visualization using Tableau/PowerBI
• Demonstrate excellent Communication skills for user interaction and team player
