Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science,

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science with a focus on marketing automation, customer insights, and product recommendation systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy).

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Skilled in SQL and data manipulation.

Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and MLOps is highly desirable.

Machine Learning Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models, including propensity models, customer segmentation, recommendation engines, and LTV calculations.

Platform Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the development of a scalable marketing automation platform.

Leadership: Experience in leading data science projects and mentoring team members, with a strong ability to manage timelines, architecture decisions, and roadmaps.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical modeling.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM integration.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
