How You'll Contribute to Our Data Science Team:

• Assist in analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
• Support the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to improve product decisions.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to monitor key business metrics.
• Work on data gathering, pre-processing, and cleaning to ensure high-quality datasets.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Automate reports and create simple yet effective data visualizations.
• Document data processes and findings in a structured and presentable format.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Apply foundational machine learning techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with AWS, Git, and version control practices is a plus.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and basic machine learning models.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
