Data Scientist
Job Description
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles o Data Processing: Strong proficiency in working with structured and unstructured datasets, and building scalable data pipelines. o Strong hands-on experience with large language models (GPT, BERT, etc.) and familiarity with retrieval-based generation techniques. o Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, with expertise in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.. o Cloud & Microservices: Familiarity with deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with microservices architecture. o Familiarity with vector search, semantic search, and retrieval systems. o Excellent communication skills o Experience of working for a government set up/ project is desirable o Professional certifications would be a plus o Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. o Certifications: Certifications in ML or data science are a plus. |
