Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong analytical mindset and a year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis principles, experience with web analytics tools, and a working knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Report Generation: Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring insights are understandable and actionable.

• Data Visualization: Assist in developing data visualizations that help tell a story, providing stakeholders with a clear picture of performance and improvement areas.

• Automation & Scripting: Utilize Python to automate data extraction and cleaning tasks, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of data workflows.

• AI & Machine Learning Support: Apply modern AI APIs and frameworks for data analysis tasks, supporting predictive analytics and other machine learning initiatives within the team.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand data needs and clearly present insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a data analysis or analytics-related role, preferably with a hands-on internship or professional experience.

• Technical Skills:

- Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity: Solid understanding of web analytics, including interpreting metrics, setting up tracking, and analyzing user behavior.

- Python: Proficiency in Python for data analysis, with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.

- Modern AI APIs & Frameworks: Familiarity with APIs and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or others, with a demonstrated ability to apply these tools in data analysis contexts.

• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven insights.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL and database querying.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus.
