You will work together with an industry-leading team and grow your skills in delivering groundbreaking solutions to continue driving innovation at the home of online poker.This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.The modern office space is equipped with working and leisure areas, meeting rooms and sufficient space suitable for workshops and training sessions for larger groups. With in-house snacks, meal, fruit and drinks, (with in-house Free meal to all employees), office has stylish art and photography designed to convey the energy and excitement of a gaming experience, our office in Hyderabad is perfect for our growing community of employees.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:Across areas such as risk detection, behavioural insights and personalization, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead the development of advanced machine learning solutions bringing to bear our vast data assets. You will collaborate with diverse teams to become an architect of innovation with AI, driving the company\'s strategic edge by transforming raw data into actionable insights in this dynamic and thrilling environment.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:

• Degree or MSc/PhD qualified in a STEM subject.
• Experience delivering several production grade machine learning products in an academic or corporate environment is crucial.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Hands on experience in areas such as tree-based learners, deep learning (e.g. CNNs, RNNs, GNNs & Transformers), reinforcement learning and/or unsupervised methods.
• Experience of developing LLM-based applications and leveraging them to solve business problems is desirable.
• You will be proficient in at least one programming language (Python, R, Scala).
• Experience manipulating large datasets using SQL and Spark.
• You will have experience with cloud-based machine learning solutions such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• You will have excellent abilities to tell a story through data and explain technical concepts to partners.
• An understanding that a team is greater than the sum of its parts and embraces winning together.
