Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science and be passionate about teaching and mentoring students to equip them with the skills required in this field. The trainer will deliver both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring that students gain hands-on experience with real-world data science tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Data Science topics, including statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Develop course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.

Guide students through hands-on projects and assignments to apply theoretical concepts.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in Data Science and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students to ensure their understanding and progress.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve and update course content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.

Experience with machine learning algorithms, data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI), and database systems.

Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Passion for helping students succeed in their learning journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 3 per week
