Job Title: Data Science Trainer

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

About the Role:

We're looking for a Data Science Trainer to join our team, combining hands-on data science development with the opportunity to teach and mentor the next generation of data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor Learners: Guide students through hands-on projects, providing feedback and helping them apply data science concepts to real-world problems.

Design Engaging Training Programs: Create and deliver data science curricula, focusing on key areas like machine learning, data wrangling, and model deployment.

Conduct Workshops and Bootcamps: Lead interactive workshops, webinars, and training sessions for diverse audiences-- from beginners to advanced learners.

Optimize Models in Production: Monitor, test, and improve deployed machine learning models, ensuring continuous performance improvements.

Create Real-World Learning Materials: Develop projects, exercises, and assessments that reflect real industry applications, using up-to-date tools and techniques.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with business and tech teams to identify data science opportunities, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs.

Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to enhance both your development work and training content.

Provide Ongoing Learner Support: Offer mentorship, answer questions, and maintain a supportive learning environment for students via online platforms and in-person sessions.

Qualifications:

Have experience of 2 years in data science, machine learning, and deploying models (Python, R, SQL).

Experience designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops.

Solid communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.

Prior teaching experience is a plus.
