Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and courses on various topics within data science, including but not limited to: data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, data visualization, and programming.
• Design curriculum and course materials, including presentations, exercises, assignments, and assessments, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Adapt training materials and methodologies to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of participants, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to students, offering mentorship and assistance with projects, assignments, and technical challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science, and incorporate relevant developments into training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and industry partners to continuously improve educational content and delivery methods.
• Assist in marketing and promoting training programs, including contributing to the development of marketing materials and participating in recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, including hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and programming.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or instructional design, preferably in a professional or educational setting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per year
