We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst cum Data Science Trainer to join our team and provide hands-on, classroom-based training to aspiring professionals. This role combines expertise in data analytics with teaching to shape the next generation of data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom sessions covering data analytics and data science topics such as Python, SQL, Excel, statistics, machine learning, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Real-World Insights: Share your practical experience in data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, business intelligence, and predictive analytics with students.
• Project-Based Learning: Guide students through hands-on projects that reflect industry scenarios, helping them build practical skills.
• Mentorship & Student Support: Mentor students, address doubts, and provide career guidance on analytics and data science career paths.
• Curriculum Development: Work with the academic team to design and update course content to stay aligned with the latest industry practices.
• Assessments & Feedback: Evaluate students through quizzes, assignments, and projects. Provide feedback to foster growth and improvement.
• Technology Integration: Stay updated with evolving tools and methodologies, ensuring the curriculum reflects current data trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Preferably Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Data Tools: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Analytics: Expertise in data modeling, forecasting, and generating actionable insights.
• Data Science: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, AI concepts, and statistical modeling.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or data science, with prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts to beginners in a clear, concise manner.
• Mentoring Ability: A passion for nurturing students' potential and guiding them toward successful careers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
