Job Role: Data Science Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Trainer to join our team. As a Data Science Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that equip participants with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in data science. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of data scientists by imparting practical expertise and theoretical understanding in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and update training curricula based on industry trends, emerging technologies, and learner feedback.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and boot camps both in-person and online, ensuring participants grasp complex concepts effectively.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality educational materials including presentations, exercises, case studies, and assignments that reinforce learning objectives.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, offering support in their projects and career development in the field of data science.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess participant progress through assignments, projects, and exams; provide constructive feedback to aid learning and improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to continually enhance training programs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their specific training needs and customize programs accordingly; ensure high client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Science Trainer, Data Scientist, or related role.
• Deep understanding of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
