We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Data Science, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning, and PySpark. You will be instrumental in building advanced models and analytics solutions to solve real-world problems and drive decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Utilize NLP techniques to process and analyze unstructured data, such as text and speech.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance the automation and intelligence of data-driven processes.
• Implement large-scale data processing pipelines using PySpark to handle massive datasets.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Continuously improve existing models and algorithms by analyzing performance and incorporating feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in Data Science, ML, AI, and NLP to ensure state-of-the-art solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong foundation in Data Science concepts, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques.
• Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related tools/frameworks (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Proficiency in PySpark for big data processing and analysis.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles and applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for deploying ML models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience in Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?1,600,000.00 per year
