•About you•

Key responsibilities:


The Data Quality Expert will be responsible of following activities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain data quality frameworks and standards using Informatica CDGC and CDQ.
• Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders to define and enforce data quality rules, policies, and procedures.
• Design and manage data quality dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide visibility into data quality metrics and trends.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify data issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Integrate and manage data quality solutions within Snowflake data warehouse to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Develop and execute data quality improvement plans, track progress, and report on results to senior management.
• Provide technical guidance and support for data quality tools and processes to data stewards and other team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data quality management and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data governance and quality initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Document data quality processes, standards, and guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports ETL, data, business intelligence, advanced analytics architectures.
• Provides data architecture support and expertise to all major enterprise projects.
• Ensure that data is managed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirement.

Experience:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in data quality management, with specific expertise in Informatica CDGC and CDQ.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse and Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Experience with data quality assessment, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications in data quality or data governance are a plus (e.g., Informatica Certified Specialist, DAMA Certified Data Management Professional).

Soft and technical skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Informatica CDGC and CDQ, Snowflake, and Power BI. Ability to implement and manage data quality tools and frameworks.
• Data Governance: Strong understanding of data governance concepts and best practices. Ability to align data quality initiatives with overall data governance strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Strong data profiling and data quality assessment skills.
• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying data issues and recommending practical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage multiple data quality initiatives simultaneously. Ability to track progress and deliver results on time.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create clear documentation.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, data owners, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data quality processes and outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data quality and data governance.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Languages: Fluent in English
