To support Shell\xe2\x80\x99s ambition, the Data Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning models as well as refining and updating existing models. \xe2\x80\x8bWe are looking for a passionate Python developer who have exposure in Machine Learning Concepts. A well-rounded AI developer combines technical skills with domain knowledge and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI/ML and stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies.What\'s the role?

• Strong working experience in Python
• Hands on experience of Machine Learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering
• Able to develop and implement machine learning models using Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning concepts and conduct experiments and analyze results to optimize model performance and accuracy
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts to build robust and scalable AI systems.
• Knowledge of version control, testing, and deployment practices.

What we need from you?

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Min of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Python developer with ML.
• Design and develop solutions using Machine Learning (ML) Techniques.
• User centric reporting using PY open source tools as nice to have
• Knowledge in building web apps/UI/Reporting using Python packages like Plotly Dash, Streamlit and Panel etc. with User Centric design is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
