Data- Python Project Manager

Experience: 7 to 12 years (4+ years hands-on experience in PM role)

Location: Work from Home/Bangalore/India

CTC: INR 8 lacs to 15 lacs per annum

Number of Positions: 2

Hands-on Experience:

• Delivering multiple data or Python projects.
• Data mining/scraper development.
• Testing and dashboarding.
• Ensuring operational stability for all processes.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts, Python developers, and application developers.
• Delivering a variety of projects across IT, Fintech, Finance, Retail, and Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, web scraping, and automation. Experience with web scraping projects and technique.
• SQL Proficiency: Demonstrate strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts to convey client requirements and provide necessary data
• ETL Development: Design and implement ETL processes using Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, Presto, SparkSQL
• Workflow Orchestration: Manage workflow using Git, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools
• Stakeholder Management: Independently handle stakeholders and communicate technical solutions
• Performance Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations in data pipelines
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure data governance and compliance
• Team Mentorship: Foster team collaboration and support skill development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing diverse projects in IT, Fintech, Finance, and Retail sectors.
• Effective communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Expertise working with legal/cases data is a plus.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, ETL, and DevOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.01 - ?1,500,000.83 per year
