:At Mindera, we are looking for a talented Data Product Owner to join our team. As a Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products that meet the needs of our clients.We are seeking someone with a strong background in data analytics and a deep understanding of the SDLC. You should have experience working with Agile methodologies and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge data products and make a significant impact in the field of data analytics.Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities of Data Products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of product goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Work closely with Data teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy.
• Make decisions regarding feature scope, trade-offs, and prioritization to optimize value delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the Learning team to produce training and education materials for internal and external upskilling where required.
• Communicate product status, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work with the Senior Product Manager or Product Director to prioritise the detailed product backlog, working with technical teams to ensure sprint-level releases are aligned to the strategic product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Owner preferably in data or analytics products.
• Strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban..
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus
• Familiarlity with machine learning and AI technologies.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
