About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product Management Consultant... In this role, you will: Participate in low to moderate complexity data product initiatives and identify opportunities for data roadmap improvements within scope of responsibilities that drive data enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive low to moderate-risk data enablement strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex data product situations, and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners that impact prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritization and ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance Manage low to moderate-complexity datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance and standards Participate in the creation and maintenance of data product roadmaps with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities Gather data requirements and document data needs from a variety of sources throughout the data product life cycle Communicate low to moderate complexity data problems and initiatives in a digestible manner to all audiences Required Qualifications: 5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in gathering data source and data lineage.
