Job Description

Job Summary:- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Informatica DEI, EDC, and related tools.
- Management of Informatica repositories, domains, and service configurations.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability of the Informatica environment.
- Applying patches, updates, and renewing SSL certificates to maintain the system.
- Providing support for Informatica-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving errors.
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, including backups and recovery.
- Optimizing performance of Informatica jobs and workflows.
- Analysing and tuning system performance and capacity.
- Managing user access and permissions within Informatica tools.
- Ensuring compliance with security practices and company policies.
- Creating connections for users (JDBC/Mongo).
- Maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generating reports on system performance, job statuses, and other metrics.
- Collaborating with data architects, developers, and other stakeholders to support data integration and ETL processes.
- Participating in project planning and execution related to data integration initiatives.
- Ensuring governance, availability, continuity, security, and operational excellence of IT services.
- Supporting technology adoption and digital transformation.
- Complying with industry standards, security benchmarks, and operational best practices.
- Developing staff.
- Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Having 3+ years of experience with Informatica DEI, EDC, or other Informatica tools.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g SQL Server) and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.
- Proficient in SQL and scripting languages.
- Familiar with security controls implementation, vulnerability management, security agent\'s setup, patch updates, and penetration testing.
- Experience in stakeholder and vendor management, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Relevant certifications in Informatica Administrator or similar.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
