• Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department or individual, providing accurate information when required.
• Greeting visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring they are logged in and directed to the relevant person or department.
• Inputting and maintaining accurate records of customer, visitor, or employee data into the organization's database or management system.
• Handling incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring proper communication within the company and with external clients.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
• Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and route them to appropriate departments.
• Manage and maintain office communication systems, including phone, email, and scheduling tools.
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or management.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports.
• Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and customer service.
