Job Summary : The Data Operator in the Operations department will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the movement of trucks. This role involves the use of tracking software and systems to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess strong analytical skills to handle large volumes of data effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and track the movement of trucks using GPS and other tracking systems.
• Maintain real-time data on truck locations and statuses.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Update and manage databases related to truck movements and delivery schedules.
• Generate reports on truck performance, delays, and other key metrics.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to truck tracking and logistics.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all tracking systems and databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tracking processes and procedures.
• Provide support to the operations team with other data-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or data management preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and related software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
